So when Legion speaks, is he like, speaking in a Quarian language? Or is he speaking in Shepard’s human language?

Does he know all the other alien languages in order to understand them? Or does he use a translator like everyone else? If so how does it work?

And if…

I assumed it’s binary. I’m only assuming this because he’s a machine and that clicking frequency that you hear coming out of the Geth is what I assume to be their “language.” Since they have no need to speak to one another and can possibly transmit data without even making noise, I don’t think he has a voice.

That being said, the voice he uses to speak to Shep and others could possibly be a neutral voice that Legion creates based off of voice samples that have been collected on travels, then amalgamating them to formulate a single tone of voice.

Excellent question! As of yet I have not cosplayed, BUT I have my TIE Pilot cosplay almost completed. I need my helmet and the flightsuit and then it’s done. Then I’ll apply for the 501st! I think it’ll be fun to do events and charities like that.
